The race is on

The scouts are doing a cub-mobile race this Wednesday night. So Don and Caleb got their box and worked and worked on it. It isn't quite done yet but getting closer and closer. It was so cute to see Caleb use the staple gun. The pressure in his face was quite amussing. Caleb picked out what he wanted the car to look like and they got a picture from the internet and they are trying to make it look at close to the picture as possible. You will have to wait to see the final touches after it is complete. But I know Caleb is very excited and he really wants to win. But as long as he has fun..........wait who am I trying to fool. I am VERY competitive. HE BETTER WHEN DANG IT. :)

I was so excited when this activity was cancelled last month because Rob was out of town--I don't do cars! And then when they split the ward, one of my first thoughts was "YES!" no cubmobile racing for us! I know, pathetic of me, but Rob is out of town again and I just don't have it in me!! Have fun and "may the fastest car win!"

BIG RED!

Girl- it's been too long. I came across your blog through a few others as I reconnect with old pals.

It's fun to seen you and your family. The last time we saw each other was at Good Will in Moses Lake- funny eh?

You don't happen to have a Facebook account do you? I opened one at the beginning of my reconnection spree.

Anyway, you can check out our little family blog at www.sheltoncandy.com
