Ok so our friends invited us over today to play in their yard. The kids had a ton of fun. They have gynormous swings, monkey bars, a very cool slide that was used as a water slide. They put a hose on the slide and a tarp at the end. That was the hit of the day. Plus they have their trampoline burried so it is easier for the little kids to get on and off. They loved everything about this day. But BAD MOM forgot to put sun block on and the kids are very red.
This is Caleb sliding down the slide and going under Jordans legs.
Mayah is playing with the water hose.
Ethan enjoying the baby swing.
Here is Zach acting like a monkey. Very typical of him.
Caleb and his amazing jumps.
Caleb, Zach and Jordan showing off.
Here is Rachel going down the slide. She went FAST.
Ethan did use Barbara and I as one of his targets with this squirt gun.
Rachel is filling up this water can so she can water the flowers.
Zach was able to go the highest on these swings.

My addiction
OK so I know you all have em'. But I am going to disclose mine here. I have tried and tried to quit. I have done everything that I know possible to quit but I just can't seem to do this. I am considering getting professional help if I can't do this on my own. I really want to be able to have more self control before I go to the experts. I have the next couple of weeks to prove myself. OK so I know you are all wondering what this addiction is. So every weekend (Friday and Saturday) I cannot help but go to yard sales. I know........addicting. HELLO. Everyone should take on this addiction. It is great. I am not sure why I can sleep in every other day but come Friday and Saturday I hop out of bed with no problem. Right now I am going through withdrawals and having to wait five more days until I can get my fix. OH I cant' wait until Friday. I'm counting down the days.

4th of July talent show AND BOYS NEED TO LEARN TO SHOOT

OK these pics are taking forever. Pics to come tomorrow.
We decided to do a talent show for the kids on the 4th. It was so much fun and the kids had a blast and did very well. Almost everyone participated. Then afterward we had a dance. I LOVE to dance. I was doing the polka with my brother and it was kind of ironic that my brother in law told me to be careful (I had sprained my ankle playing basketball) and I told him I would be fine. Seconds later I fell to the ground and sprained my other ankle so the rest of the night I had my ankle up in the air with ice on it. I was very bummed. I really wanted to dance more. OH well. What a great excuse to not have to exercise. :) It was HARD watching everyone play volleyball the next day. I can't stand to not play.
1. Caleb did rope twirling for his talent.
2. Zach jumped a bungee cord.
3. Rachel did her belly roll and her foot to her head.
4. Ethan sang Twinkle Twinkle Little star
Sara and Hailey sang Our Song by Taylor Swift.
Sami did some beat boxing.
Dylan played his electric guitar.
Josie did makeup on ROB (too funny).
Stormi walked on her hand half way across the basketball court (this girl is amazing at gymnastics).
Kebra and Leila did their homey dance to Soulja Boy.
Jenna did funny faces.
Jordan and Sami also did rope twirling along with Caleb.
My brother, Ron, was the MC (that guy makes any moment fun).
When the majority of my family went to hoopfest (the biggest 3 on 3 basketball tournament in the world) I stayed home with the kids and my dad. Dad took us fishing but we didn't catch a thing. Didn't take us long to get bored with it and besides it was already really hot and it was only 8 a.m.
And the greatest thing so far is shooting the 4-10 at the clay pigeons. I thought it was pretty cool that all the girls (4 of us) each hit a clay pigeon but the two guys MISSED. Poor guys. We won't talk about it.
We are still having a ton of fun. Ok so you all have to be honest here and tell me if you like my hair better curly or straight. My niece straightened it but I am pretty sure I won't be able to do it by myself.
Hope you are all having a fun summer.
