People coming together

I love that people rally together and strive to help others when they need it most. I follow a blog that is trying to help a family that has suffered a great loss. This person has suffered a loss herself and is putting together an auction for a family that has lost their 26 year old brother/father/husband. The blog owner lost a daughter to drowning a year ago. She is dedicating her blog entries for the next few weeks to auctioning off some items to raise money for this young widow. It just about brings me to tears to see people helping total strangers. Please if you can spread this on your blog and facebook we can be a part of helping as well. Also if you have something that you could donate to auction that would be amazing. I know many of you are very talented and this would really help raise the money for this wonderful family.

If you follow her blog far enough you will be able to read about this young man and how amazing he was. He was attending UVA (where two of my nieces are going) to be a Pediatric Cardiologist.
