Today is Rachel's 7th birthday. Here is the finished skirt. I also used some of the material to wrap around one of her headbands. I had to hot glue it. It is a bit bumpy but still super cute. She is obsessed with these boots and wears them all the time. It really doesn't matter what skirt/dress she wears she loves to wear these.

She loves to pose. I really love this girl. She brings a lot of fun and laughter to our family. I will post more about her special day later.
