Ok so I have painted "part" of the living room and my biggest issue is knowing where to stop. SO do you think I should just do the living room this color or bring it into the informal dining area. The living room, informal dining and kitchen are all open. I have a couple of pictures to show. The three windows is where you could possibly put a dining table. Although we don't have anything there. The wall with that closet is opposite the three windows. Kitchen is to the right of the three windows. SO what do you all think? And now you can vote on what color I should do the kitchen. I will keep an open mind. And if I shouldn't paint the informal dining area the same as the living room what do I do? HELP.

I would either go all the way, or do a shade or two lighter in the nook and opposing wall.
As for the kitchen...you know I love. But, I would need a better look at the living room color first.

OK so if I do a lighter color in the nook and opposing wall would it look good to a different color in the kitchen? I am thinking either a shade of red/maroon or green. I added some more pics.
Yes, a shade lighter would look great and I'm a sucker for red/maroon. You could pull a color out of your living room rug.

Oh! the new pics help a lot. A shade lighter would be great and then red...would tie it all together, with those red sheers.

Let me tell you right now, if you are going to do red, buy ralph lauren paint. It is a little more expensive, but you will save money, because it will only take two coats, instead of the 6-8 coats of another brand.
Oh, I have a WHOLE unused gallon of ralph lauren red you can have. You may need to buy one more gallon, but it would save you some money.

AND, buy a dark primer. SUPER important.
Is it red or maroon? I am kind of wanting more of a maroon. The curtains are maroon so I think it would look good to do that. You are so awesome. Why don't you just drive on over and paint for me. That would be even better.
